These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all digital services, platforms, and software provided by SUNAGO Group L.L.C-FZ ("SUNAGO", "we", "our", "us").
By creating an account, subscribing, or using any SUNAGO tool, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
These Terms apply only to business users and partners (B2B). No consumer rights or protections apply.
Access is granted to registered users affiliated with an approved partner or client.
Accounts are for professional use only and may not be shared outside your organisation except where necessary for your own projects.
You are responsible for all activity under your credentials and must protect login information from unauthorised use.
New partners may receive a one-month free trial.
During the trial, access is limited to evaluation purposes only.
The trial does not auto-renew. To continue after expiry, you must select and activate a paid plan inside the system.
Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis in EUR. Prices exclude VAT or other applicable taxes (if any).
Upgrade to a higher package: May occur at any time; new fees apply from the upgrade date.
Downgrade to a lower package: Take effect from the next billing period.
Refunds: SUNAGO does not issue refunds once a billing period has started.
Change in number of users: If the number of users are increased new fees apply from the upgrade date. If the number of active users is reduced, a pro-rata credit will be applied to the next invoice; no cash payouts.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via the account dashboard.
If cancellation occurs fewer than 15 days before the next billing date, SUNAGO reserves the right to charge an administration fee equivalent to one monthly subscription to cover processing and resource allocation costs.
Access to all tools and community services remains available until the end of the paid period.
SUNAGO tools may be used only for legitimate business purposes in line with your licensed activities.
You may not:
resell, reproduce, or modify the software;
reverse-engineer or extract source code;
use the services for unlawful or competing purposes; or
allow unauthorised third-party access.
You retain ownership of all data uploaded or generated through SUNAGO tools.
SUNAGO acts as data processor and handles such data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the services.
Data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded data is lawful and properly authorised.
All intellectual-property rights in SUNAGO software, databases, interfaces, and documentation remain the exclusive property of SUNAGO Group L.L.C-FZ.
You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services internally.
No ownership or proprietary rights are transferred.
We continuously improve our systems. SUNAGO may modify, update, or enhance any service when necessary to maintain quality, security, or performance.
In exceptional circumstances, a tool may be suspended or discontinued if operation becomes technically unviable or legally restricted.
We will act in good faith to minimise disruption and handle data responsibly during any such change.
SUNAGO tools are provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUNAGO Group is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from use or inability to use any SUNAGO service.
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
All partners and users must comply with the SUNAGO Code of Conduct, which sets out our standards for integrity, fairness, and collaboration.
Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of access.
