Everything you need to write about SUNAGO Matrix
Boilerplate in three lengths, facts you can quote without checking back, the brand assets that exist and an honest list of the ones that do not yet. If you need something that is not here, ask and you will get it.
Boilerplate
Approved descriptions. Use them as they are, or cut them down; what matters is that the claim about cost per hour survives the edit, because it is the one thing that distinguishes the product.
One line
SUNAGO Matrix is project-driven ERP for consulting and engineering firms, built on what an hour of the team actually costs rather than a nominal rate.
Fifty words
SUNAGO Matrix is project-driven ERP for consulting and engineering firms. It runs the commercial lifecycle in one system: pipeline, proposals, resource planning, projects, timesheets, expenses and reporting. Its distinguishing feature is project economy built on real cost per hour rather than salary divided by a nominal year.
One hundred words
SUNAGO Matrix is project-driven ERP for consulting and engineering firms, built and operated by SUNAGO Group L.L.C-FZ. It covers the full commercial lifecycle in one system: the pipeline, the proposal and its digital signature, the resource plan, the project, the hours logged against it, the expenses and the reporting on top. What separates it from the category is how it costs work. Most systems derive an hourly cost from annual salary divided by a nominal year; Matrix derives it from capacity, vacation and the utilisation a person actually achieves, then carries that rate through every margin and forecast in the product. It is sold on one plan at €3 per user per month billed yearly, with every module included and no seat minimum.

What the product is
A services firm sells time, and that single fact is why general business software fits it badly. Project-driven ERP is what it needs instead: one system holding the pipeline, the quote, the resource plan, the project, the hours, the expenses and the reporting, so an hour logged on Tuesday changes the project margin without anyone rekeying it.
SUNAGO Matrix covers that ground with one difference that is worth a paragraph in any article about it. Most systems in the category derive an employee's hourly cost by dividing annual salary by a nominal year, something like 1,850 or 2,000 hours. Nobody bills 1,850 hours. Take out vacation, account for part-time capacity, then multiply by the utilisation the person actually achieves, and the true cost of a billable hour moves a long way from the naive figure. Matrix derives the rate that way as standard, and every margin, Estimate at Completion and Forecast at Completion in the product is built on it.
The commercial model is deliberately flat: one plan at €3 per user per month billed yearly, every module included, no seat minimum, no feature ladder, and onboarding and data transfer included rather than billed. A firm of three gets the same product as a firm of three hundred.
The most recent addition is an MCP server, which lets Claude and other AI assistants work directly with a workspace under the signed-in user's own permissions. It exposes 105 tools and is included on every plan.

SUNAGO Matrix product mark
The mark for the product. Use this one for anything about Matrix.
Download PNGProduct screenshots
The real interface, not mockups. Each one carries a caption you can print as it stands, and the numbered notes name what is on screen. Click any image to download the clean file without the numbers.

1. Personal dashboard
Download PNGSUNAGO Matrix opens on a personal dashboard: the follow-ups a consultant owes, their own timesheet gaps, their projects and their risks, rather than a company-wide wall of charts.
- 1. Follow-ups owed by this user, drawn from the CRM
- 2. Missing timesheet entries surfaced before they reach an invoice

2. Project list with live economy
Download PNGEvery project carries two separate progress figures: how much of the work is done in hours, and how much of the money is earned. The gap between them is what tells a partner a job is drifting.
- 1. Progress in hours and progress in money, side by side
- 2. Live profit or loss and margin, per project

3. Project economy close-up
Download PNGThe same figures at close range. A project at 100 percent of its hours and 21 percent of its money is losing money, and the row says so while there is still time to act.
- 1. Hours burned against money earned
- 2. Profit or loss in currency, and as a margin

4. Resource capacity heat map
Download PNGFourteen months of capacity for the whole firm on one screen, coloured by how utilised each person already is. Anything above 100 percent is flagged red as soon as it is committed, not after the fact.
- 1. Over-allocation flagged in red, per person per month
- 2. Bands from unbooked through to over 101 percent

5. CRM pipeline
Download PNGLeads, contacts, deals and follow-ups in one place, with the source of every lead recorded so marketing spend can be traced to signed work.
- 1. Leads, contacts, deals and follow-ups as one pipeline
- 2. Where each lead came from

6. Weekly timesheet
Download PNGTime is logged by the week against real projects, with each entry carrying its own approval state, and expenses handled in the same place.
- 1. Approval state on every individual entry
- 2. The week's total, so a gap is obvious

7. Proposals and signature
Download PNGProposals are tracked from draft to signature with a running hit rate, and the digital signature is built in rather than bought as an add-on.
- 1. Hit rate across all proposals
- 2. Drafts, sent and expiring, counted

8. Risk log
Download PNGRisks are scored on probability and impact, banded from low to critical, and tied to the project they threaten rather than kept in a separate spreadsheet.
- 1. Probability times impact, banded low to critical
- 2. Attached to the project it threatens
Not available yet, and worth knowing before you plan a layout
- An SVG of the logo. Only PNG exists today, which limits what a print or large-format use can do with it.
- A dark-background version of the mark.
