SUNAGO Matrix vs Juntrax: One Published Price, Different Scope
Both offer a 14-day trial without a card, and Juntrax's pricing page now shows "$XX/user/month" on all three plans rather than a figure (read 6 August 2026), so the price comparison has to start with ours. The other difference is scope. Juntrax bundles HR and payroll around the project work. SUNAGO Matrix goes deeper on the project economy itself: each person's real cost per hour, and EAC and FAC on every project.
SUNAGO Matrix puts a true cost rate and a live Estimate at Completion on every project, at EUR 3 per seat per month, published, against a Juntrax price you have to ask for. Juntrax is the better answer if procurement needs SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, or if you want HR and payroll on the same platform.
Key Differences
A Cost Rate That Is Actually True
For a consulting firm the cost of an hour is not the salary divided by a standard year. SUNAGO Matrix computes each person's cost per hour as annual salary divided by their billable hours, after part-time capacity, vacation entitlement and their real utilization, then adds that person's share of company overhead, with non-billable colleagues' salaries rolled into the overhead pool. Every margin, EAC and FAC here is built on that rate. A tool that costs hours at a number you typed in will report a project margin that is wrong in your favor.
Cost at Completion
SUNAGO Matrix puts Estimate at Completion and Forecast at Completion on every project from logged hours. Juntrax documents phase-level estimates for effort, cost and timeline with estimate-versus-actual comparison, which is budget control rather than a forecast of the landing point.
Per-Seat Price
SUNAGO Matrix is EUR 3 per seat per month billed yearly, published. Juntrax's own pricing page lists three plans and shows "$XX/user/month" in place of a figure on each of them (juntrax.com/pricing, read 6 August 2026), so what it costs is a conversation rather than a sum. We make no claim about what Juntrax charges.
Different Scope
Juntrax spans PSA and HR including payroll. SUNAGO Matrix is project delivery, resourcing and project economy. Neither is a subset of the other.

Who Should Choose What?
Choose Juntrax if:
- Procurement requires certifications: Juntrax publishes SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR and CCPA compliance with data residency options, none of which SUNAGO Matrix publishes
- You want HR and payroll in the same platform as project delivery, which SUNAGO Matrix does not offer
- You want to try everything before paying: Juntrax offers a 14-day trial of the full platform with no credit card
Choose SUNAGO Matrix if:
- Your project margins are only as good as your cost rate: SUNAGO Matrix derives each hour's cost from salary, real utilization, vacation and company overhead rather than a number someone typed in
- You want cost at completion on every project, not just estimate against actual at phase level
- You want the price before the conversation: EUR 3 per seat per month billed yearly, published, where Juntrax shows "$XX/user/month" on every plan
- You want the deal pipeline, delivery and capacity in one product without an HR suite attached
- You want capacity planning that nets vacation and absence out of availability before you commit people
SUNAGO Matrix and Juntrax: three years of license cost
One question: how many people. The totals below are three years of license cost at each vendor's own published price. Where a vendor puts the capability SUNAGO Matrix includes in a higher package, that is shown too - and where that package has no published price, that is shown as well, because it is the part a buyer cannot work out alone.
Three years, the horizon buyers budget in.
SUNAGO Matrix
one plan, everything included€4,320 over 3 years

All three plans show "$XX/user/month" in place of a figure
Each figure is in the currency that vendor publishes in. Nothing is converted, and no combined saving is shown across two currencies, because an exchange rate is a number we cannot document for you. License cost only: implementation, training and support are priced separately by most of these vendors.
